• Please state if you are a NEW or a RETURNING client in the subject!

• Please state subject/theme of tattoo.

• Measurements of the tattoo you’d like.

• Picture at a distance of the area being tattooed (or covered)

• Reference pictures of the style you are looking for. I will use this to create my own drawing.

• Budget

• Date and time that you would work best. Please understand that there may be a bit of a wait but it will be worth it!

• Once you have everything ready, email Dominique!
